Have you guys seen the new ELLE magazine Sweden? Not only does it look amazing it has four full pages about my new cookbook coming out in Sweden shortly :-)
Cookbooks have a special meaning to me, since believe it or not they helped me learn how to read and write when I was a food loving kid struggling with dyslexia. I always dreamed of writing a real cook book and now finally it’s almost here a cookbook with my best recipes and pictures of real get-togethers with my friends in Brooklyn. I couldn’t be more happy to share this with you guys. Check out my blog Brooklyn Kitchen on ELLE the full story of why this project means so much to me. It hits stands September 12th, and I can’t freakin wait! Thank you to everyone that has been part of its creations, I am so exited right now!
It takes a village to make a cookbook so thank you to the whole team and many more.

I am excited to be back at whole foods teaching another cooking class this week. I really love their program because it makes learning how to cook affordable to everyone. I volunteer my time and whole foods provides the food and the amazing high tec class rooms at their mega store on the bowery. In the end, you get a class and a full meal for less then 18 bucks. Cant beat that in NYC :-) check it out Whole foods classes
