As an event planner Linnea has thrown parties for companies such as, Cartier, Gucci, Prada, Rolex, and PlayBoy. On the blog Linnea writes about the latest trends in food, cocktails, design and much more from the event scene. Cherry Garcia Milk Shakes @ Epcot food festival

This weekend i was down in Orlando Florida for the Disney Epcot International Food & Wine festival, have to say as an event planner myself, I was so impressed by this Giant production. The festival last for over a month, and everyday during it, Epcot organizes a slue of amazing chefs & mixologist to come down and lecture. Every saturday is also the party of the senses where guests can pay to attend a large dinner show where some of the best chefs in the world are serving up dishes while Cirque du Soleil puts on an impressive show. It was so cool to be part of the experience and great to meet all the guests and other chefs partaking.

I was of course representing Scandinavia with a bunch of recipe, for example Boozy Cherry Garcia Milk Shakes infused with Scandinavian spirit Cherry Heering.

Cherry Garcia Milk Shake
2 large scoops of cherry garcia ice cream
1/4 cup half and half
1.5 oz Cherry Heering

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender, blend for about 10 pulses. Serve up right away in large glasses. Works great as both a drink & dessert
