Make your own freakin butter

Making your butter is super simple and man oh man is it delicious. Takes about 10 minutes to make and all you need is heavy cream & salt.

Home-made Butter
2 cups of high quality organic heavy cream
2 tbsp of coarse salt

Pour the cream and 1 tbsp of salt into a mixer and let it run. First it will turn to whipping cream and then break into butter. Pour the butter lumps into a colander, discarding the watery whey. Put in a bowl and sprinkle some more salt on top before serving. Keeps in the fridge for 10 days.

Tip! Let the cream sit out and become room temperature, this will make the butter making process go faster.
