Boozy Ice Cream Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla ice cream
3 tablespoons instant coffe
0.2 cup liqueur (e.g.cognac, Baileys, cherry heering, whiskey or snaps)
8 large cookies (e.g. chocolate chips, oatmeal)

1. Mix instant coffee and liqueur in a glass and stir
2. Pour it into a blender, add the ice cream and mix well. Put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.
3. Place a scoop of ice cream on a cookie, top with another cookie and press down gently.

Strawberry Nubbe
Ingredients:
18 oz strawberries, cleaned and sliced
3 tablespoons powder sugar
1.7 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemonjuice
0.5 cup Hallands fläder snaps
2 tablespoons elderflower must

1. Pour everything into a blender and mix well
2. Pour into popsicle molds and put in the freezer for 8-10 hours.

Sangria Popsicle
Ingredients:
0.5 cup blackberries, frozen or fresh
0.5 cup raspberries, frozen or fresh
1 cup red wine (e.g. merlot, cabernet, syrah)
4-5 tablespoons powder sugar
0.5 cup water

1. Pour everything into a blender and mix well.
2. Taste to see if more sugar is needed.
3. Pour into popsicle molds and put in the freezer for 10-12 hours.

Watermelon Gin and Tonic
Ingredients:
18 oz watermelon cubes without seeds
2 tablespoons powder sugar
0.5 cup water
2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
3 basil leaves, shredded
0.5 cup gin

1. Pour everything into a blender and mix well.
2. Pout into popsicle molds and put in the freezer for 10-12 hours.
