When creating cookbook’s and writing recipes for articles, you dont always get the chance to actually cook your recipes for people and see how they react. So I had such a great time teaching a cooking class at the awesome Whole Foods Culinary center last night, was a packed kitchen and a great talkative class. On the menu was recipes from my new book Perfect Parties. Big thanks to the super dedicated Min & Wai who head up the bowery culinary center and make these great classes happen.
Menu from last night
